To subscribe:

1) Right click on the link, and choose “Copy Link Location” (this might be different in other browsers).

2) Open iTunes

3) In the Advanced Menu, choose “Subscribe to Podcast”

4) Paste the URL that you copied into the textbox

5) Done!

Now, a podcast will show up in the menu on the left.  If you have a whiz-bang gizmo like an iPod or iTunes, make sure you set the options to turn on Podcast Syncing.  Now, whenever you plugin the device, you should have the latest song-a-days!  Whee!
